Headquartered in Rosenberg, Texana Center serves over 15,000 residents in Fort Bend, Wharton, Austin, Colorado, Matagorda, and Waller annually in its array of behavioral healthcare and developmental disabilities services.The center is designated by Texas as the Local Mental Healthcare Authority. The center also provides services to those with Medicaid, private insurance, and managed care, and is the largest provider of Home and Community-based Services in Texas.
Prior to joining Texana Center in May 2000, George Patterson served as the director of operations for another large community center. George is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a husband and father, and an active member of the community.
