Judy Harwell is a member of the Rotary Club of Bellaire/SW Houston. She oversees the Rotary Youth Exchange program for District 5890.

 

In Rotary Youth Exchange clubs and districts send and host students ages 15-19 who travel abroad for culture exchanges of one week to a full year; more than 8000 year.
