DESCRIPTION:Periodically\, the Rotary Club of Richmond asks all members to 
 participate in a collective meeting to discuss matters that impact our ent
 ire club. On Tuesday\, January 27th\, during our regular 12:00 noon lunch 
 meeting at the Morton Masonic Lodge\, we will hold an open discussion focu
 sed on the Pecan Harvest Festival\, our community event and annual fundrai
 ser. After three years of hosting the PHF\, it is time to evaluate its pur
 pose\, its contributions to our community\, and its value to our club. Thi
 s conversation will help us determine whether the festival continues to al
 ign with our goals and expectations\, and to assess our members’ interes
 t and commitment as we consider the future of the event. Please make plans
  to join us for this very special and important meeting. As this Club Asse
 mbly may increase normal member attendance and the number of meals ordered
 \, we ask that you register for this meeting and advise us (in the comment
