Chad Norvell, Constable Pct 1

Chad Norvell is the elected Constable for Fort Bend County, Precinct 1. With a law enforcement career in Fort Bend County since 1993, he has held various roles including most recently serving as Chief Deputy at Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office prior to being elected. Norvell is a graduate of the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University and holds a BS in Organizational Leadership. Prior to entering law enforcement, Chad proudly served in the United States Marines. He and his wife, Amy, currently resides in Simonton.
