Joe Rangel - Roof repairs, pricing and insurance

Richmond Rotarian Joe Rangel with Allegiance Roofing will discuss roof repairs caused by hail, hurricanes, winds and aging from time. Joe will discuss how pricing for repairs are determined and variances by roofing companies as well as the process of payments and reimbursements from insurance companies. This will a be a great introductory discussion about residential roofing and what you should know and the process. Courtney Long insurance agent with Leavitt Group Texas Select, and Jamie Martin. real estate agent with Compass in Katy, Texas will  provide their insights from an insurance  and property management perspectives.

In 2024 the Texas State Board of Insurance made changes to homeowners insurance by putting limits on roofs over 15 years old. Most homeowners are unfamilar with the changes and how it impacts them. Joe wiil help address this issue too.
