Jesica Graham - Isaiah 117 House

My name is Jesica Graham and I am honored to serve as the Location Leader for the Fort Bend County Isaiah 117 House. We are building a home in Fort Bend County that will provide physical and emotional support for children while they await foster placement, lighten the load for child welfare services, and ease the transition for foster families.  Together as a community we can change the way foster care begins in Fort Bend County.
