Wayne Dolcefino is one of the most decorated investigative journalists in the country. Dolcefino is the recipient of thirty Emmy Awards from the National Academy of Arts and Sciences, five Charles Green Awards, and Edward R. Murrow award, a Jack Howard Award for investigative reporting, numerous honors from the Associated Press and Texas Association of Broadcasters and an unprecedented three medals from the international journalism organization, Investigative Reporters and Editors. November 2012 to the Present - Wayne Dolcefino is President of Dolcefino Consulting, an investigative communications firm that specializes in investigations and public disclosure of public corruption, major fraud, and courthouse injustice. The firm provides crisis management, political consulting and litigation support. Wayne Dolcefino is a licensed private investigator and his firm has wide ranging expertise in video production, website creation, war-time media consultation and investigations into public corruption, fraud, abuse of power, accidents and personal injury.
December 1985 - October 2012 - Wayne Dolcefino was the Chief Investigative Reporter for KTRK TV Houston, the Disney owned television station in Houston, Texas. Dolcefino ran the 13 Undercover Unit, which specialized in exposing public corruption, wasted taxpayer money, government malfeasance and fraud. As head of the unit, Dolcefino managed the investigative process and was involved in the marketing and advertising of KTRK TV’s investigative news product.
1979 - 1085 KTRH RADIO - Dolcefino was the investigative reporter and talk show host at All News Radio station in Houston.
1978 - 1979 KLBJ Radio- News reporter and anchor for Austin, Texas Radio Station
