Chaplain (Major) Joe G. Grace

Chaplain (Major) Joe G. Grace II is a native Texan, a graduate of Dulles High School and Texas A&M University, and a Brigade Chaplain in the US Army Reserve. He received his Master of Divinity from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.  After completing his Clinical Pastoral Education Residency at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia, he became an Army Chaplain and was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2007-2008. Since then he has served as a Basic Training Chaplain to initial entry US Army recruits, a Task Force Chaplain to Wounded Warriors, and as an Observer/Coach/Trainer Chaplain in his role as Division Chaplain with Great Lakes Training Division   Chaplain Grace has been a Hospital Chaplain for four years.  Chaplain Grace is a Coach and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team.

 

He and his wife, Michelle, are parents to four adult children, one teenager, and known by his two grandchildren as “Grand-dude”. His interests include Harleys, dog training, writing poetry, being a life-long learner, and most importantly serving and inspiring others. He loves people, hearing their stories, and encouraging others as they journey through life.
