Rotary Richmond, TX wishes to send out our thoughts and prayers to Jan Culver and her family following the passing of Rotarian Judge Thomas Culver III. Judge Culver was a proud member of Rotary Richmond, TX for over 20 years, a life member of the Fort Bend County Fair Association and an active servant of the First Baptist Church of Rosenberg. He served the people of Fort Bend County since 1977, first an Assistant District Attorney and then beginning in 1981 as the Judge of the 240th District Court. Judge Thomas Culver III leaves behind a legacy which all Rotarians, Texans and people of this world could only hope to attain. Judge you will be missed.
