Melissa Toon is the President & CEO of the Central Fort Bend Chamber, providing strategic leadership and a deep commitment to business growth, community collaboration, and regional impact. With more than 20 years of nonprofit experience in Fort Bend County, Melissa has built a career focused on service, relationship-building, and strengthening the connections that allow communities to succeed.

Known for a passion for bringing people and organizations together, Melissa believes meaningful progress happens when partnerships are built with purpose. In this role, Melissa is dedicated to supporting Chamber members, elevating local leadership, and fostering opportunities that help Fort Bend County businesses and communities thrive.

Melissa lives in Needville with her husband and two daughters and is proud to call Fort Bend County home.
