Fort Bend County Fair - Turkey Leg booth
Rotary Club of Richmond is known for selling the juiciest turkey legs at the
Fort Bend County Fair for the last 20 years. This effort helps to support
many local charities in the area. 

It is with the greatest pride that Rotary Richmond, TX announces that we have rewritten what was left of our 2019-20 budget to mobilize all of our remaining funds to the medical personnel fighting Coronavirus/Covid-19. We are dedicated to helping our fearless fighters on the front lines of the war against COVID-19 at Oakbend Medical Center and Methodist Sugar Land! 

Movies on Morton
The city of Richmond puts on a monthly outdoor film – Movies on Morton.
Rotary of Richmond provides free popcorn to the attendees.

named Rotary District Governor
Gary Gillen former president of Richmond Rotary Club was recently installed as the
governor of Rotary International District 5890, which encompasses the
63 Rotary clubs and 2,800 members of the greater Houston area.

Scholarships Awarded
The Rotary Club of Richmond awarded scholarships to 6 high school students from Foster and Lamar Consolidated High Schools.  The 2019 scholarship recipients pictured with the Rotary Scholarship Committee are from left: Sussan Martinez, Nina Rivera, Haley Etzler, Kristi Tran, Katie Tran, Elizabeth Anders, Pricilla Salas and John Cotterell.  Not pictured are recipients Taylor Phung and Sonali Puri, and committee members Karen Bell and John Riccardi.
